We are a labour supply agency for the trades. Contractors tell us what a site needs, and we put vetted, capable people on it.

The office is in Scotland. The work is wherever our clients build, across the UK.

How we operate

Supply only works when the person fits the site. Everything we do is built around getting that fit right, then keeping it right.

Take the brief properly

Trade, numbers, duration, site conditions and start date. We ask the questions up front so nothing surprises anyone later.
Vet before putting forward

References, qualification and card checks, and right to work. Nobody reaches a client shortlist without passing all three.
Match to the site, not just the trade

A high-rise fit out and a rural groundworks package need different people. We place workers where their experience actually applies.
Stay close once they start

We check in with both sides. If someone is not working out, we replace them quickly and without argument.

Authentus is run from Scotland, and much of our workforce is here. That does not limit where we supply.

Our workers travel, and many hold experience on projects across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. If your site is in the UK, we can staff it.

Fair terms for workers

Rates agreed before a start date, paid as agreed. Workers who are treated properly stay, and sites feel the difference.
Safe sites first

We supply to contractors who run their sites properly, and our workers arrive with the right cards and the right attitude to safety.
Straight answers

If we cannot fill a requirement, we say so early. A clear no beats a promise that falls over on Monday morning.
