Documented and on file for every worker we supply, before a start date is agreed.

Rates agreed in writing
Charge rates are fixed before anyone starts. No surprises on the first invoice, or any invoice after it.
And after they start
One person at Authentus owns your account. They know the site, the rates and the people on it, and they answer the phone when something changes.
